BRIGADISTAS ESPAÑOLAS EN RADIO MANANTIAL DE HUARMEY
(Huarmey - Ancash - Perú)
Realizó estudios secundarios en su ciudad natal y superiores en Educación, especialidad de lengua y Literatura, en la universidad San Martin de Porres de Lima.
Dirigió el Instituto Nacional de Cultura (INC) filial huarmey entre los años de 1997 y 1999.
Fundó la Biblioteca Comunal Obraje y el Centro de Investigación, Información y Documentación de la provincia de Huarmey.
Es autor de publicaciones referidas a su tierra natal: Huarmey - Perú.
Además tiene publicados plaquetas y libros de poesía y sus poemas están antologados en diversas antologias de la poesía peruana.
Premio Nacional al Voluntariado 2015, por parte del Ministerio de la Mujer y Poblaciones Vulnerables.
